Terms and Conditions

Reservation Policy

All reservations must be made through our website or by contacting our customer service team. A confirmation will be sent to you once the booking is completed.

Payment Policy:

We accept all major credit cards. Payment is required at the time of booking. For corporate clients, alternative payment arrangements may be made upon request.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be charged the full booking amount.

No-Show Policy:

If a client fails to show up for their booking without prior cancellation, the full booking amount will be charged.

Vehicle Use:

Our vehicles are smoke-free. Alcohol consumption is permitted only if prior arrangements have been made. Clients are expected to respect the driver and the vehicle.
