Please choose the vehicle class that matches your group size and luggage — see passenger and bag capacities in our Fleet section above. If in doubt, opt for a larger class; chauffeurs may decline service if limits are exceeded.

Wait Time & Airport Pickups
Standard and train pickups include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting; domestic airport pickups include 40 minutes; international airport pickups include 60 minutes. After the complimentary period, waiting is billed in 15-minute increments at the applicable vehicle-class rate. Airport pickups are scheduled from your flight information and we track inbound flights; flight-delay coverage is capped at 30 minutes beyond the originally scheduled arrival, with complimentary waiting beginning at touchdown or 30 minutes after the scheduled landing time, whichever is earlier.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations are free up to 48 hours before pickup for one-way transfers, hourly reservations, long-distance trips over 40 miles, and airport pickups or drop-offs. Cancellations within 48 hours of the reservation are charged the full fare. Changes to pickup time or location are treated as new booking requests and depend on vehicle availability.
No-Shows & Passenger Conduct
A guest who does not appear within the applicable waiting period and cannot be reached is charged 100% of the fare. Seatbelts must be worn at all times. A chauffeur may refuse or end a trip if a passenger's behavior becomes unsafe, illegal, or seriously disruptive; the trip remains fully charged. Excessive cleaning needs or vehicle damage may result in a minimum $200 fee plus any applicable repair costs.
Your Privacy
We collect the information needed to provide your transportation — name, contact details, flight information where applicable, and payment information — used for service fulfillment, safety, and chauffeur communication. We do not sell customer information to third parties. Your chauffeur's contact details are typically shared by SMS or email about an hour before pickup.
