  • Standard Pickups: 15 minutes complimentary wait time.
  • Airport Pickups: 45 minutes complimentary wait time.
  • No-Show Policy: Charged at 100% of fare.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Short Distance: Free up to 4 hours prior.
  • Long/Hourly: Free up to 24 hours prior.
  • Late Cancellations: Full fare applies.

3. Privacy & Data

  • Data Usage: Strictly for service fulfillment.
  • Communication: Chauffeur details sent 1 hour before pickup.

4. Conduct & Damage

  • Safety: Seatbelts required; unsafe behavior prohibited.
  • Sanitization: $200 minimum fee for damage/excessive mess.
