Wait time, minimums and cancellation

Complimentary wait time is 15, 40 or 60 minutes depending on the pickup type; Logan pickups include 40 minutes for domestic and 60 minutes for international flights. Hourly service has a 2-hour minimum, and hourly bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before pickup.

Business Sedan hourly service is $100 per hour and Business SUV is $125 per hour; other vehicles and trip types are quoted individually. See rates and the Terms and Conditions for full details.

Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Enter the passenger name and mobile number with the trip details; assistants and travel managers often book for executives and guests.
Do you track my flight?
Yes. Airport pickups are flight-tracked, and the pickup time follows the actual arrival.
How is the price confirmed?
Hourly rates are published for the Business Sedan and Business SUV. Other trips are quoted for the route, vehicle and timing, and the confirmed reservation shows the final price.
What is the cancellation policy?
Hourly bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before pickup. See the Terms and Conditions for all policies.
Can I book a group or several vehicles?
Yes. The Business VAN carries up to 15 passengers, and larger groups can travel in several vehicles. For complex group plans, call (617) 888-7723.
